The hotel seems a bit worn down and dodgy with outdated black furniture, but it's conveniently located in Jakarta. The staff were attentive and even surprised me with a birthday celebration, although Arabic-speaking staff would be helpful. The location is quiet and safe, close to new shopping malls. The dining experience offers world-class standards with some room for improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with room for enhancement.

The hotel offers very spacious rooms that are big enough for three, featuring one queen bed and one single bed. However, the rooms seem to be falling apart, and there are security concerns as the door lacks a proper lock. On the positive side, the apartment layout provides ample space for guests.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony, but they had carpet which was different from what was expected. The service was excellent overall, especially Rahman in the restaurant who was very helpful during breakfast. The location was good with easy access to transportation, but some aspects were just mediocre. The facilities were top-notch, but some areas showed signs of being old.

The dining was of world-class standard in the Mezza restaurant but lacked appeal in the main course. The facilities require attention to maintain a four-star standard.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kota Kasablanka Mall and other malls within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with a 2-bedroom unit that comfortably accommodated three of us. The service is exceptional, especially from staff members like Riyan, Fifah, Sarah, Tiana, and Vhia, who went the extra mile, such as surprising me with a birthday celebration. The dining experience offers a wide variety of food choices, although some main courses may not be as appetizing. The facilities are well-equipped, providing everything from room service to shuttle services.
